Definitely NOT a perfect plumber! We hired a perfect plumber to install our new tub. First off we should have known when he wouldn't give us his hourly rate, that we should have stopped right there. He charged us a huge amount for a short amount of time(another red flag). While his guys were installing the tub, spencer(the owner) kept calling his guys telling them to hurry and asking them, "are you done yet?" "are you done yet?" The guys installed the tub incorrectly. They did not secure the tub to the wall. They did not level it. The valve, shower head spout, basically any of the plumbing was not secured properly. My husband kept asking about all of this and they kept saying, "No it's fine, it's fine" Nothing was installed correctly and now we are paying another plumber to do it the right way. Thanks Perfect Plumber, you charged us $500 for nothing! Use a perfect plumber if you want a job to be rushed and done improperly!!

Spencer noticed me ask for help putting in a a stop and waste valve for a sprinkler set up in. He noticed a bunch of people haggling me on price and immediately gave me a decent bid on doing the job. Spencer came to our home late last evening to look at a leaking, outside water faucet. He then returned early this morning, Christmas Eve, to complete the repair. Spencer was fantastic! We needed someone to fix our toilet which caused damage to the floor, so that needed to be redone as well. Spencer is a general contractor, and I was so happy to have one person who was able to make it all happen at the same time rather than calling just a plumber then having to have a separate tile installer come in to do the floor. I called after 5pm on a Friday night, and expected to have to wait the weekend. But Spencer arrived on time. He quoted me saying it was such simple work he would only charge me $75.00 (standard fee for the housecall.) All he did was clear the water line, put on the correct size plumbing piece, and reconnect the sink pipes. I watched. He was in our home for a half hour, but insisted I do the Google review now. I see why after he found out I wasn't the one paying the bill the landlord was....he upped the fee. To $175.00. What a joke! Yeah, he will arrive on time but hes not very honest. I can only imagine the cost if I would of had him unclog a pipe not a water line....I before had a very nice 5 star rating. But felt taken advantage of by this business owner. And changed my review. If I could change it to one star I would have. I will also leave my comments all over Facebook because Spencer is ridiculously over priced and definitely took advantage of the situation!

Spencer was wonderful to work with!Beginning to end he was willing to answer any and every question I had (and there were a LOT).He was incredibly patient with me too. This was my first remodel and I had a lot of anxiety going in and through the whole process. He was always above and beyond and was willing to make everything perfect and work with my schedule and work around hiccups that came up.He made sure we were 100% happy in the end. You can’t get this kind of customer service just anywhere.

We had a leak from our shower and we called Spencer over at perfect plumber and even though it was late he came out and tested our system.Which I thought it was going to something major ended up being something minor that Spencer located pretty quick and got us going in now time I'd recommend him to anyone I really appreciate that he did that

Hired Spencer after a very detailed estimate. Complete gut and rebuild of a small 4 and 1/2 ft. by 8 ft. master bath. 3 weeks start to finish. I was and still am impressed, at the work and quality. I would recommend him and rehire if I have another bath project. His subcontractors respected my strange work hours and everything worked out great.

Best contractor experience I’ve ever had!I was reluctant to hire any contractors for the remodel of two bathrooms in my home. My experiences previously with contractors was atrocious. When I hired Spencer I was prepared for a frustrating and difficult couple of weeks. To say I am pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Spencer is an amazing communicator and made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. He came to our house multiple times to check in on the progress with his sub contractors and did some of the work himself. We had a really strict time constraint with one of the bathrooms and Spencer made sure everything was completed in time. I could tell Spencer was personally invested in my goals and happiness as a customer, which is amazing because I’m sure he’s very busy.The quality of work and products used was beyond my expectations. The same guys came each day to do the jobs, which made the projects consistent and go quickly and smoothly. Even when certain unexpected obstacles arose (as they do with remodels—especially in an old home like ours) everyone was awesome to work with, communicated effectively, and solutions were quickly reached. I feel the cost of the work and products was right in our zone, and Spencer was completely open to our picking and choosing what we wanted done so the project fit in our budget. He wasn’t pushy or sales-person-ey. Just honest, direct, and absolutely reasonable.Again, I cannot say enough about how AWESOME it was to work with Spencer and A Perfect Plumber. I honestly won’t hire anyone else for future projects because I can’t handle the frustration of other contractors.

Spencer gutted and remodeled our bathroom. His workers were polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. The contractors he hired to do the drywall and painting were not professional so there are some flaws in the paint job but the rest of the bathroom is wonderful. Spencer kept in touch frequently to make sure I was satisfied with the project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Spencer stood me up today. No phone call or anything. When i called him he just said 'oh yeah, i was going to call you last night'. Well, he didn't and I had my whole house water turned off and old water softener already pulled out, so I had to run to Home Depot and buy the supplies and do the job myself. Bummer.

Spencer replaced a sewage ejection pump in a rental property that was damaged from someone flushing socks down the toilet. It was a horrible stinky job and I felt really bad for him. He charged a bunch but it was worth every penny.

He even answered extra questions for me and was very truthful. He actually cared about helping me and not just trying to make a quick dollar. Spencer has NEVER let us down. From the first time we moved back to this last time with a busted water heater.We waited 2 weeks with our (now cancelled) home warranty to get us a contracted plumber and parts. We finally said that was enough and called Spencer.I recommend him for any and all plumbing needs. He is the most honest man you will find. He gives it to you straight, honest, upfront, and he is 1000% reliable!!Seriously the best!!!

I have had some water running somewhere in my house non stop and was afraid it was a huge leak. The guy came out, located the problem and fixed in in five minutes, since he was already here, I asked him to check out my toilets that have been struggling and he ended up working on all three, only charges me for two, and he did it for a price that was not even half of what a different plumber had quoted for just one toilet. He was very fair and did everything he could to help me out and get my issues resolved! I will use them again for any other issues I have and I HIGHLY recommend you do to!!

Huge shout out to Spencer, if it was not for him I would still be waiting on some SLC company to even look at my problem even after Spencer came out and told us what we needed. After a fight with our warranty company they let Spencer and his team come fix it!!!! I want to just say Spencer Peck and his team did a great job fixing my water heater . This is one plumber who isn't willing to take shortcuts when doing his job and he does a great job, He is honest I appreciate the experience, it gives me comfort that what he's done was done right. If you're in need of a plumber I highly recommend him. I also will be using him for all my plumbing needs till he retires!!!!

"A Perfect Plumber" completely gutted our old yucky bathroom and put it back together beautifully. The workers were polite and skilled. I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up after themselves and made every effort to see that the dirt and dust of the job did not go throughout our home. The job was finished when promised. I would call them again.

We hired Spencer with A Perfect Plumber because he not only quoted us a great price, but was honest in the work that needed to be done. We went from one bathroom and a closet to two bathrooms- a small master, and a main bath. After lots of headache from other pros, Spencer came out and gave us a detailed and itemized list. Whenever we had any questions, he was prompt to respond through multiple channels, and even now, after the project finished, has checked to make sure the work was complete. Not only did his work save our family lots of headache, the work is beautiful! I've already recommended him to many people, and hope to hire him again when we redo the basement bath!

I had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that traveled down the wall into the bathroom underneath. I had a lot of water damage on the walls and ceiling underneath the upstairs bathroom. He came out to my house and spent around 20 minutes helping me determine what was causing the leak and how to fix it. He didnt charge me for his time! I was very impressed that he would take the time out of his busy schedule to help me and my kids out! Thank you so much!

Answered the phone right away. David who works for Spencer came out right away and installed the two toilets I had purchased at Standard Plumbing and took the old ones away. Great pricing and David and his helper did an awesome job. Highly recommend!
