A Perfect Plumber will be the only company I use from now on! The handle on our shower broke off and we couldn't turn the water off.We had a different competitor come in and look at it first. He actually made the issue worse. He quoted us $800 to $1,600, and he'd come back the next day.We called many other companies, and every quote was $1,000 or more. Spencer came into our home and treated our house like it was his own. He was professional, polite, and fast. He charged us $200. And fixed the showerhead for free. My only regret is that I didn't call him first! I've learned my lesson. Thank you!!

My mother's kitchen sink was blocked so we called A Perfect Plumber and after working for an hour he realized the plug was deeper in the line then his equipment could reach, so he referred us to another plumber and didn't charge us anything. Thank you so much Spencer. We will definitely call A Perfect plumber again..

Definitely NOT a perfect plumber! We hired a perfect plumber to install our new tub. First off we should have known when he wouldn't give us his hourly rate, that we should have stopped right there. He charged us a huge amount for a short amount of time(another red flag). While his guys were installing the tub, spencer(the owner) kept calling his guys telling them to hurry and asking them, "are you done yet?" "are you done yet?" The guys installed the tub incorrectly. They did not secure the tub to the wall. They did not level it. The valve, shower head spout, basically any of the plumbing was not secured properly. My husband kept asking about all of this and they kept saying, "No it's fine, it's fine" Nothing was installed correctly and now we are paying another plumber to do it the right way. Thanks Perfect Plumber, you charged us $500 for nothing! Use a perfect plumber if you want a job to be rushed and done improperly!!

Spencer was pushy and demeaning, and my card was charged more than the invoice stated. When I said something about it, I was told it was a credit card processing fee. All fees should be listed on the receipt, but this wasn't.

We are so grateful that Spencer came to our rescue tonight! I messaged him to see if he would be able to take a look at our leaky kitchen sink. I fully expected him to let me know a time in the next few days when he would be able to squeeze us in, especially because it happens to be Labor Day. Imagine my surprise when he responded that he would be over in 20 minutes!Spencer quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced our disposal, and kept us engaged in conversation throughout the duration of the repair. We had Spencer and his crew redo our basement bathroom. He was prompt and professional through the entire process. You don’t have to worry about sales pitches or added on charges at the end of the project. He gives a very detailed bid and sticks to it. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and there were no unexpected costs when the bathroom was finished. He explained things thoroughly and kept in good contact with us through the entire process. He is honest and and efficient and the bathroom was spotless when he finished! Highly recommend Spencer. Spencer noticed me ask for help putting in a a stop and waste valve for a sprinkler set up in. He noticed a bunch of people haggling me on price and immediately gave me a decent bid on doing the job. He was quick at doing the job and explained how to do the finished product when we were ready to put in the sprinkler system and offered his help if we have issues. I also asked him about moving my laundry room upstairs, also gave me a decent bid on the job and will definitely be contacting him in the future to do the job! I recommend his work!

Spencer and his crew recently finished a remodel for my husband and I. Everything was great up until the last day. I feel like Spencer wanted the job done and ended up cutting corners. The work that as been done prior to that day was decent for the most part. I now have to stare at those areas of my bathroom that were done poorly. It’s something that my husband and I will have to redo because we are not happy with the finished product.

Spencer came to our home late last evening to look at a leaking, outside water faucet. He then returned early this morning, Christmas Eve, to complete the repair. He took the time to explain to us how he would fix the repair. He told us it would be at least a 2 hour job, however, he had it completely taken care of within an hour and a half. We are very grateful for his fast, honest and reasonably priced work. Highly recommend!

Spence answered my panic call last night around 6:30 telling him that we had water everywhere in our basement & that it sounded like a waterfall running. He said that he will be over shortly as he was in Grantsvile he was here by 7:00pm and asset the problem turned off the the main line and by 11:00 am this morning he had us and back to normal.He is very friendly as well as making sure that the resturation people were on top of their game also.Thank you Spencer

Spencer was fantastic! We needed someone to fix our toilet which caused damage to the floor, so that needed to be redone as well. Spencer is a general contractor, and I was so happy to have one person who was able to make it all happen at the same time rather than calling just a plumber then having to have a separate tile installer come in to do the floor. That would have taken far longer than the 3 days down time we needed for A Perfect Plumber to do the job. It turned out beautifully and I am so happy to have a new bathroom! I would highly recommend Spencer at A Perfect Plumber and he will be my first call with any future home improvement needs.

I came home to a broken garbage disposal where water was leaking under my remodeled sink. I text Spencer Peck and he responded quickly. He made his assessment and replaced the garbage disposal. We hired A Perfect Plumber to replace an old worn out shower stall for my sister. Spencer Peck did an excellent job and did it quickly. He also showed up when he said he would and was always on time. That is a big plus in Tooele where a lot of contractors make appointments but never show up. We also hired him to do a small job at our house and of course was very pleased with his work. He is very professional and did a great job!

Spencer saved my and my home from further damage. I had a toilet that got clogged and I plumbed but apparently something was in there and it turned and overflowed all night and flooded all the way to the basement. I called four companies and he was the only one able to come out right away. I have know Spencer for many years. He first worked on my both my Condos in Stansbury as well as my parents home numerous times. He always is on time and professional in appearance. I have never had to wait for his assistance. He also offers discounts for established clientele. Any work he has done has been top notch and he has never had to return to fix any project he has done for me and my family. I highly recommend him and his employees, not only for all types of plumbling but also natural gas lines.

I called after 5pm on a Friday night, and expected to have to wait the weekend. But Spencer arrived on time. He quoted me saying it was such simple work he would only charge me $75.00 (standard fee for the housecall.) All he did was clear the water line, put on the correct size plumbing piece, and reconnect the sink pipes. I watched. He was in our home for a half hour, but insisted I do the Google review now. I see why after he found out I wasn't the one paying the bill the landlord was....he upped the fee. To $175.00. What a joke! Yeah, he will arrive on time but hes not very honest. I can only imagine the cost if I would of had him unclog a pipe not a water line....I before had a very nice 5 star rating. But felt taken advantage of by this business owner. And changed my review. If I could change it to one star I would have. I will also leave my comments all over Facebook because Spencer is ridiculously over priced and definitely took advantage of the situation!

A Perfect Plumber will not be my first call. He asked me to do the Google review before he handed me the bill. I see why. He charged me a ridiculous price for fixing simple things on my sink. In the beginning he told me he would only charge me 75.00 for the house call. When he left it was 175.00.
