 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Drywall around outlets not flush. Threshold wasn't properly adhered. All of the silicone/caulk failed immediately. Bad communication. Asked him to fix caulk/silicone never followed up to set appt after agreeing to fix. So we had to fix it ourselves. Cracked the vanity door and it wouldn't shut properly he did fix that by gluing it and reinstalling so it closed properly Never told me we needed a threshold, didn't help pick one out that would work for the situation. I bought a marble one it could not be installed but the handyman cut it anyway so couldnt return. Handyman stained top of counter by leaving a wet box which the label on it adhered to counter. Never attempted to fix this issue. All communication with company had to be done by my bf the contractor barely called through out process. We had all materials except the correct valve for bath before the project because company we bought plumbing fixtures from messed up order. I feel like we were ready for all steps. My bf did the electrical and was good about finishing in the time allotted to him. Would not reccomend based on handyman, but Spencer is a great plumber. The handyman made huge messes and didnt clean them up so we had to ask him and help him. Everyday we had to sweep and he left a huge demolishing mess that went in my washer and all over my wood slat shelf above my washer. Basically impossible to vacuum up. I am impressed with the job overall, just disappointed with other trades he brought in to do the other work.

These guys dug the holes by hand, putting the dirt on plastic.  When they were done you could hardly tell they were there.
